new year...sorta new blog

Every year on January 1 people jump start the new year. Going along with that time honored tradition...I am resurrecting my blogging past. New name (this is the 3rd blog I've had since college...yep, I rule), new start, new often times slightly inappropriate and ridiculous things to say (but definitely things that you often think, yourself!).



One of the reasons why I am "back in the saddle" is because one thing I'm looking for in 2010 is to make sure I surround myself with people, places and things that make me happy. I am a firm believer that you are in charge of making your own happiness. I am trying not to sweat the small things in life...lately I feel like I have been bothered too much by other people and circumstances out of my control. I am trying to work on that, and keep reminding myself what an amazing person I am...and how I shouldn't let others dictate my happiness.



Writing is something that makes me truly happy...it has been missing in my life for a while now, so this is my foray back into the blogosphere. For those of you who haven't followed my blogging past...be prepared to read a wide array of posts from me. Everything from life's quandaries to celebrity gossip and we can't forget...my Bachelor recaps! I feel like my personality DEFINITELY shines though in my writing style...so be prepared for brutal honesty, total sincerity, and overall ridiculousness from yours truly. I am genuinely excited to be back.



I hope you all find your own definition of happiness in 2010.
